CANCELLATIONS

At Salon Michele, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we have to charge a Cancellation fee of $50. This fee also applies to client no-shows. If a card is not on file, the charge will be applied to your next visit.

LATE ARRIVALS

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
